We are a small, family-run business based in the small Suffolk town of Beccles.
Following years of working for a local dog training company, in June 2022 Holly set up our sister company - The Happy Dog Company (www.happydogwaveney.com) providing dog walking and training in the Waveney Valley area. Customers would ask Holly for recommendations on products to give to their dogs and so, after completing a Canine Nutrition Diploma, Holly set up The Happy Dog Shop. The aim being to provide the products she'd recommend but at more affordable prices than some of the bigger companies.
Our passion for dogs combined with our years of experience working with them means we only promote products that we would use ourselves and that we know will make your dogs happy.
Orders for natural treats and chews will be delivered within 3 working days.
Orders for leads and collars are made to order and will be delivered within 5 working days.
Orders for kibble that are placed before 1pm will be delivered the following working day.
We'll keep you updated all of the way with dispatch and tracking details.
Our treats, chews, leads and collars are dispatched by us from our office and our food is dispatched directly from the manufacturer.
As these items are shipped separately we incur a double charge for shipping for combined orders. To keep our prices as low as they are we unfortunately cannot afford to swallow the additional delivery cost ourselves.
However orders over £75, including orders with a combination of products, will activate free delivery.
